We’re Mike and Jennifer—parents to four incredible kids, avid travelers, and passionate real estate investors. Over the years, we’ve made it a priority to explore new places together as a family, and we know firsthand how powerful a well-designed space and a thoughtful host can be in creating lasting vacation memories.

Our journey into vacation rentals began in Marco Island, our favorite destination. We purchased and remodeled our first home there, pouring love into every detail. What started as our own family retreat quickly evolved into something much greater. During the recent shift in the real estate market, we recognized that simply owning property wasn’t enough—you had to stand out to survive. It became clear that the future belonged to those who could offer more than just a place to stay. We leaned in, launching our first short-term rental designed to deliver an experience like nothing else. We fell in love with hosting and meeting incredible travelers from all over the world. We became obsessed with crafting 5-star stays, and we dedicated years to refining the guest experience investing in top-tier tools, software, design, and teams to elevate every moment.

 That passion quickly turned into a business model we could scale. Along the way, we’ve assembled a top-notch team of dedicated professionals and trusted
contractors—people who share our commitment to quality, hospitality, and excellence. With decades of combined entrepreneurship and leadership in running large-scale enterprises, we’ve built a solid foundation that allows us to consistently deliver unforgettable guest experiences and outstanding results for our clients and partners. Today, we manage a growing collection of unique vacation homes—each one thoughtfully curated to feel both luxurious and welcoming. Beyond that, we’re helping other families and investors build passive income and reclaim their time through short-term rentals, just like we did.
